East Coast Kinetics Inc. was founded to restore the health, performance, and longevity of individuals through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.

Our team, and our methods, are guided by 3 fundamental principles: Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery. All are deeply connected to each other, and equal in their contribution.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, interested in becoming more fit, or focused on improving athletic/tactical performance, our qualified team and our approaches can get you there.

Movement: Is essential. Western society has become sedentary, causing a myriad of serious metabolic (i.e., insulin resistance, diabetes) cardiovascular (i.e., high blood pressure, atherosclerosis) and musculoskeletal (i.e., low back pain, and neck pain) conditions. Our team of Kinesiologists will perform thorough and holistic assessments, developing a program specific to your needs, to get you back on your feet.

Nutrition: Plays a central role in our health. Natural and nutrient dense foods (i.e., organic fish, meat, chicken, nuts, oils, fruits, and vegetables) and adequate hydration are essential in promoting higher energy levels, lean body mass, and improved performance. Out of convenience, society has moved away from these staples in favor of processed foods and sugar-based beverages. However, these convenient foods are very inconvenient for your health and longevity. Our Kinesiologists will provide nutritional coaching, helping you make healthier dietary choices.

Recovery: Do you feel tired, sore, and worn out? Most people do. Our team can help you improve your sleeping hygiene, teach relaxation techniques, and provide methods to loosen up sore muscles from work, life, and training sessions. We also have an outside network of trusted and reputable professionals (i.e., physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, registered massage therapists) to help with other stressors that may be hindering your progress and goals.
